Vaccination for Young people
From 02.06.2021, parents can apply for vaccination of young people from 12 to 13 years old:
- making sure that Pfizer's Comirnaty vaccine - BioNTeCH is available at the vaccination point.
- Vaccination for young people aged 12 to 13 is carried out in the presence of one of the parents (mother, father or other legal representative)!
- Required documents upon arrival at the vaccination point:
- Passport or identity card of the legal representative;
- A document certifying the child to the legal representative - the child's entry in the passport or birth certificate or a notarized power of attorney;
- Passport or ID (if any) of a young person.
Young people between the ages of 14 and 17 can apply for vaccination on their own, without the participation of their parents.
Important! Young people aged 12 to 13 and 16 to 18 are vaccinated against Covid-19 with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine from Comirnaty.
When applying or registering for a vaccination, young people should first make sure that a specific developer's vaccine is available - the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

You can come for vaccination only by appointment!
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled vaccination time with your passport or ID.
